This place gave me horrendous issues of the bowel region. My chop suey had grit that had seemingly been retrieved from floor sweepings. My bowels have never been the same again and on regular jaunts out of a weekend I now need to visit public lavatories to unload. Mrs Eatzen has really done me dirty.

We went to celebrate an 11th birthday, we left a birthday card on the table when we left.
After phoning we were told they found the card but not the £20 that was in it.
I will never return the service was poor and the owner was very rude and the food was so spicy we couldn’t eat it.

Arrived and told the lady working that we had a table booked for 5 of us. She was sat down, didn't get up just pointed to a table in the corner after a few minutes she came over and we said we were still waiting for one to come but she still continued to move the table away and said ill move it back if she comes. Ordered drinks and asked for a normal menu because one of us couldn't eat the all you can eat menu she said no you all have to have the same menu if you want the normal menu you can sit on another table. No understanding or any empathy towards the person in our group who had a medical condition that prompted her to ask for the normal menu. Horrible attitude towards us for the 10 minutes we lasted in her restaurant. Let her know we were leaving and didn't seem bothered about it..customers are not a priority.

Booked here for food tonight,went in sat down there were 4 of us, three of us wanted the set menu,1 wanted to order from the menu ,as there were dietary requirements,,the woman serving us wasn't willing to accommodate her needs and said if she didn't want the set menu she would have to go onto a different table to order hers,hasent to say we all left with out purchasing anything,this woman needs restraining,if businesses can afford to loose over £120 dont moan when u don't have customers through the door,

She sneakily Tried charging us extra for wasting food however we didn't photos in this review prooves this.
When asked what the extra charges were for she became rude and aggressive and gave me the charges back shouted at me in the middle of the restaurant everyone was looking at her.
She was rude and out of order absolutely no need for the palaver. Un professional and out of order
Also waited 30 minutes whilst eating for top up drinks , then tried to hurry us up eating our meal to squeeze more customers in
The beef and mushrooms were very salty the lady was rude and abrupt when we politley asked for a replacement .
Also they do not have a children's menu expected 4 children from a nearby table to order off the buffet menu when the cleary would not benefit from it and would have cost 18 pound per child .
Very rude manager the other staff are pleasant. No consideration for children diners and just rude
I shall not be returning plenty of alternative restaurants who treat there customers properly in the area
Quite dissapointed as I've been a regular customer over the years

Book a table sat down ordered spare ribs satchichen seaweed off the all you can eat waited 40 mins arrived cold and little then waited to order our mains after 50 mins wait .the owner took our order told us only one portion each in a bad look we ask how long for the wait 40 mins wait , we said we will leave and settle the bill she made us pay £42 she was horrible to us this is a rip off please be careful keep you waiting for hours it is a rip off we will take this place to a small court we want our money back this is not fair I work hard for my money please be careful with this so called restaurant.

Nothing special at all. First and last ever visit for us. Heard good things but, as I suspected, it's only good if your experience is limited to Pontyates and you want to stuff yourself with cheap, frozen stodge. Flat pint of Coke, orange juice tasted like it had been stored somewhere warm for too long, photo on the menu shows proper fried squid but you actually get rubbery frozen strips poured out of a bag. Chips were the cheapest of the cheap frozen - and cold, and the building could frankly do with being demolished. They're even too stingy to employ one decent member of staff or give you any condiments on the table... Not even a bit of soy sauce to go with your (stone cold) prawn crackers.

Food was good as was the service. The atmosphere was a little bland, but it was early. Price was reasonable at 21.50 for as much as you can eat of starters and mains in 2 hours.

Been here few times before and has been fairly good but last night wasn't the best! The rice was dry and chicken didn't look right , anyway me and my partner have had sickness and diorhea and not well at all , it wasn't very nice at all and won't return again, I've had a lot better Chinese than this , I'll stick to my local in killgety the dragon Palace! Twice as good as here !

Lovely food plenty of it order off menu until your stuffed ..also like that u could order a dish for 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 people which was really handy with starters which were fantastic..dont over do the starters though or you won't have room for the mains which are also great. We had a good mix as there were 4 of us. Singapore noodles fab bit spicy . 2 prawn dishes were fantastic, chicken skewers full of meat . Beef chow mein and Crispy beef all fantastic and plenty of it ..highly reccomended x £20 ph Jan 2024

The price has gone up to nearly £20 for eat all you can, but the food is still fantastic. Very large main portions but very tasty. The only downside is that there is only one lady (the owner) taking food orders. There was a large table being given priority and we waited 50mins for our starters to reach our table, whilst they were still taking orders on the phone for takeaways. We booked our table at 7:30pm and we were still eating at 9:35pm.
Still great value and tasty food.
